Who we are?

Arista is a privately held, joint venture company formed by Limagrain, a fifty-year-old farmer-founded and directed, world player in wheat seeds, and CSIRO, a globally recognized organization focused on using science to make a positive difference in the world for nearly one hundred years.

 

These 2 companies began collaborating on fundamental research in wheat starch 20 years ago, and joined their efforts and expertise in 2006 to create Arista, and develop a wheat with direct consumer health benefits.

 

Arista High Fiber Wheat contains elevated levels of amylose, a starch molecule which occurs naturally in wheat and is resistant to digestion in small intestine. But once in the large bowel, it will feed the microbiome, thereby acting as a prebiotic, with a significant positive impact on digestive health.

As all wheat, Arista High Fiber Wheat is non- GMO, and is currently distributed in North America and soon in Australia, Japan and Europe.
